Returns and Refunds

Returns:

Should you wish to return your order for a refund, please contact us via email and send to the following address within 14 days.  Please note that the returns postage is your responsibility and that we do not provide free returns unless the item is damaged.

Please enclose your order number so as we know who to issue the refund to upon receipt.  Send unused and undamaged returns back in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Please return your order using a trusted tracked service as we are not responsible if a return is lost.  If the order arrives back damaged caused during transit, we are unable to issue a refund.

Damaged items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@kassidylifestyle.com within 2 working days of receipt and provide:

- photos of the damage
- your order number

If you would like a replacement, we will send one or alternatively we will issue a full refund including postage. 

Refunds:

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.

ASSEMBLED ITEMS:

All items which require assembly cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, after they have been put together.
Please DO NOT attempt to fix an item yourself or via a third party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund.
